I believe there is a stronger spring available for the mag release.

Try contacting Kahr.Suburbanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17968005143620802878noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9044269936797936986.post-91253193615939258782009-09-22T17:09:37.836-04:002009-09-22T17:09:37.836-04:00I have a PM 9 through which I have run about 400 ...I have a PM 9 through which I have run about 400 rounds. I seem to often have a problem accidentally tripping the mag release when shooting one handed. The mag drops just enough to prevent the next round from chambering. I have been told to change my grip. When I focus on keeping my thumb away from the mag release all is well. I am jsut not certain that focus will be there in a life threatening situation. Shooting two handed is not a problem. Is there a solution. I also wonder if I will always have to use the slide lock to chamber the first round? The pistol often jams when I just try to rack one in. I really like the size and feel of the pistol but am a bit uneasy carrying the gun with these issues.ferdmerkelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03027564037158368961noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9044269936797936986.post-11181077111703964572008-06-19T01:13:00.000-04:002008-06-19T01:13:00.000-04:00The pocket holster I use to carry the Kahr is a n...The pocket holster I use to carry the Kahr is a nylon Uncle Mikes that I sewed to better fit the pistol. The corner of the pocket holster under the dustcover of the frame folded over, so I mixed up some J-B Weld epoxy and an old Blue Cross card and stiffened it up. It looks like junk, but it works.Suburbanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17968005143620802878noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9044269936797936986.post-46124133617588412182008-06-16T09:39:00.000-04:002008-06-16T09:39:00.000-04:00I dumped my P3AT for a PM9 also. What pocket holster do you use?Erichttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01457535948559394438noreply@blogger.com
